Notary Public

Ohio Notary Public Stamp

Notary public service is generally available during the Girard Free Library’s regular hours.  However, please call 330-545-2508 ahead of time to ensure that a qualified staff member is present.  The service is free, but a donation to the Friends of the Girard Free Library is suggested.

Get an Ecard

An ecard provides 24/7 access to our online reference databases and emedia (Hoopla, Kanopy, and Libby). You are eligible for a Girard Free Library ecard if you are eighteen years or older and live in our service area. Remember that a regular library card provides all the benefits of an ecard, and you can check out physical materials. If you already have a Girard Free Library or CLEVNET card, you do not need to get an ecard.
