Ages 12 to 18 are invited to a spooktacular Halloween party at the Library. It's hex-tra special because we're welcoming special effects artist Jessica Duponty. She will show the kids how to make themselves into fangtastic vampires, unbelieveable undead, and other creatures. Plus, there will be photo ops, a prize for scariest, and a spooky scavenger hunt. Attendance is limited so registration is required.
