It's the most wonderful time of the fear. On Wednesday, October 23 at 6 PM, pumpkin spice up your jewelry with eerie-sistable Halloween earrings and a necklace. The Library will provide supplies and instruction for this spooky project. Attendance is limited so registration is required.
