• This November, the Girard Free Library is holding our annual Food for Fines; the Library will offer up to $25 in fine forgiveness to anyone who donates at least two non-perishable food items to the Emmanuel Center. The last day to donate is Tuesday, November 26. 
  • On Saturday, November 9 at 1 PM, the Library is hosting an UNO Tournament for Teens. Ages 12-18 will compete to see how many hands they can win.
  • On Tuesday, November 12 at 6 PM, Doug Fowler--former Youngstown State University adjunct instructor in the Departments of Geology and Physics and Astronomy--will retrace the voyage from the theoretical physics pioneers to Neil Armstrong's first step on the moon.
