Want to learn the basic building blocks of crochet? Hook out! We're offering a four-week crash course with Gwen Brown from GwenErin Natural Fibers. Start with a chain, move on to single, half double and double crochet, and finish with a hat. Students will receive hook & yarn with which to practice the techniques at home. Sign-up is required, and there is a $15.00 fee that must be paid at time of registration.

From noon to 3 PM, bring a healthy, pest-free plant or cutting (in soil) to swap. Share your plants with other gardeners and take home something new. If possible, label your plants and remember to plant them in a pot you don't need back.
